 West Coast Logistics has extensive experience operating client’s dispatching and vessel control centers from both land-based and offshore locations. Typical tasks performed include: - Monitor vessel / aircraft performance from a Vessel Control Center
- Schedule and manage vessel movements and sailing orders and report utilization of assets
- Dispatch supply boats, crew boats, helicopter or land-based transportation
- Plan transportation routing in an operationally efficient and cost effective manner to service all end users
- Monitor moves both to/from the field and intra-rig moves while in the field
- Monitor weather and marine conditions and be the main point of contact for all marine vessel and aircraft movements
- Coordinate / allocate field accommodations (food, lodging, etc.)
- Conduct the daily Logistics Safety / Planning meeting that coordinate all assets with field needs. Communicate and coordinate special plans or projects.
- Coordinate billing allocations for various client end user groups
- Establish and maintain standards for admittance onto crew boats/assets; issue and maintain badges
- Develop and monitor logistics budget with Logistics Supervisor
- Maintain all operational records and reportingDevelop and report KPI's and analysis to the Logistics Supervisor
