All of our Safety Supervisors are highly trained and hold various levels of certification up to an EMT level, depending on our client’s requirements.  Their duties include:

• Orientation and implementation of operator safety policies
• Daily site safety inspections and contractor safety audits
• Inspection and re-certification of safety equipment
• Daily and weekly tool box safety meetings
• OSHA record keeping and reporting
• New employee and ongoing personnel training
• Track personnel certification and organize required HSE training for company personnel
• Administer the JSA/BJSA program
• Conduct safe work observations
• Review contractor safety plans and monitor compliance
• Steward permitting processes
• Provide First Responder or EMT assistance, per location requirements
• Monitor the STOP safety program and generate statistical reports for clients supervisors.
